Discrimination, Harassment and Bullying Policy

Everyone has the right to attend work at a workplace that is free from discrimination, harassment and bullying. Discrimination, harassment and bullying are also risks to employees health and safety and employers have legal obligations to ensure they take steps to ensure the mitigage the risks and ensure a safe workplace.

This policy educates employees on what is considered:

• Discrimination
• Harassment
• Sexual Harassment
• Vicarious Liability
• Vilification
• Victimisation

It also outlines the responsiblities of all workers and additional responsibilities of managers when dealing with these matters.
