Hi, I’m Sally – founder of Revolution Consulting Group. I help small and medium businesses handle staff issues, navigate compliance, and build confident, capable teams — so they can grow without the stress of people problems holding them back.
With over 20 years’ experience across private, government and not-for-profit sectors, I’ve led teams through recruitment, restructures, culture change and Fair Work compliance. I started Revolution to give growing businesses the expert HR support they need to manage people problems and build a stronger business.
We work alongside business owners and managers to improve staff performance, reduce risk, and strengthen retention through clear processes, practical tools, and confident leadership.

What I Do Outside of Work!
Working with the Community
Giving back to my community is important to me. My husband and myself have been part of two local Rotary Clubs, supporting PCYC programs and committed to various volunteer and fundraising activities. I’m currently on the committee for the NSW Rotary Inspirational Women’s Awards (RIWA). RIWA recognises women who often going un-noticed but are doing amazing things in their local communities.
I also love supporting the leaders of the future and have been a volunteer mentor for both the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) and Beaumont People LEAD mentoring program. I also donate several free places in my Leadership programs each year to those who have a drive and passion to succeed but may not have the resources to fund the programs.
And for fun…
You’ll find me watching a live band wherever possible (generally heavy metal or hard rock) and having BBQ's or casual catch ups with friends. I also love a road trip with hubby whether it’s for a day or a few weeks.
My husband, Craig, and I have been known to do LIVE Facebook cocktail videos or beer tastings for Cocktail Saturday's, which started during the COVID lockdowns, so you may see us pop up from time to time doing these and having a laugh.
