Casual Employment Contract - Award Free

Casual employment is a when an employee’s hours and status can change at any given time. A casual employee may have set hours or may only work when needed. Casual employees often work irregular hours (compared to permanent employees) and usually have a component of casual loading as part of their hourly rate to compensate them for being casual employees. This employment contract is suitable for any casual employee who is not covered under a modern Award or registered Agreement in Australia and therefore is Award Free.
