Our permanent HR recruitment services pricing is simple, transparent and cost effective.  You will know exactly what we charge prior to commencing the recruitment process and what it includes. We don't charge outrageous prices. We don't charge you for things you don't need. We only work on roles that are exclusively being recruited by us, so you know that you are getting our full attention plus a high quality, fast service.

  • Roles $100K - $150K (incl. Super):                        $5,500 Incl. GST
  • Roles $150K+ (incl. Super):                                     $6,500 Incl. GST

The fees are based on our standard HR recruitment process.  Some C-Suite, Executive, Board or specialist positions may require additional steps, testing or specific advertising requirements.  If this is the case the fee for the salary package listed above will be charged and additional fees will be calculated based on the extra steps required.

  • Why do you ask for a deposit up front?

    To ensure our rates are cost effective and affordable, we don't charge for unlimited advertising, lengthy candidate replacement guarantees (that generally don't get used) and other bells and whistles that are unnecessary for the majority of businesses.  


    We use your initial deposit to pay for our immediate outgoing costs, such as advertising, and then the balance of the recruitment fee is due on the candidates first day of employment, giving the employer the ability to spread their costs over the recruitment period. It also means that if an employer changes their mind about a role, we have already covered our outgoing costs.  


    Most standard recruitment agencies charge a recruitment fee of between 15% - 20% percent of a candidates annual remuneration package (including base, super and vehicle) and they don't charge the employer if they cancel the recruitment process, so they are constantly charging higher rates to reduce their risk of outlays.  Our model is simpler, more transparent and cost effective for small and medium sized employers.

  • How much money can I save by opting for your flat fee recruitment option?

    Generally our flat fee model works out to be roughly 1/3 - 1/2 of traditional recruitment agencies. With us, you also receive a personalised recruitment partnership and recruitment strategy, rather than a post and pray advertising model. 


    Example of savings:

    Standard Recruitment Agency - $75,000 remuneration package fee at 15% = $12,375 incl. GST - all paid on placement


    Revolution Consulting Group - $75,000 remuneration package flat fee = $4,250 incl. GST - 50% paid upfro and 50% upon placement. 

  • If I don't want to pay upfront, is there another option?

    Yes, we can work with you on providing a traditional recruitment fee model, based on charging a fee based on a percentage of annual remuneration including base salary, superannuation, motor vehicle and/or other benefits.  


    Note: this option is generally provided upon the client giving Revolution Consulting Group 21 days exclusivity on recruitment of the role, prior to asking another provider or agency to also recruit the same role. 


    We prioritise our clients who work with us exclusively. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We prefer EFT/bank transfer, although you can also pay by Stripe. 

  • What locations, roles and industries do you provide recruitment services for?

    We have deep knowledge of local and interstate markets so we can recruit across Australia.  


    We  have experience recruiting across private, government and not for profit sectors, as well as office based roles, trades, trades assistants and services roles and other commercial roles such as HR, Sales, Project management, Accounting, Management and other specialist roles.  


    We also have experience recruiting for C Suite roles, Boards and Senior/Executive Management roles.
